Downloading your invoices ​

You receive an invoice for everything you buy directly from Syncplify. Where it is depends on how the order was placed:

  • Online orders have their invoice in the Syncplify Customer Center, as described below.
  • Orders placed by purchase order or in other non ecommerce ways are invoiced by Syncplify's accounts receivable, who email you a PDF invoice. Those invoices are not in the Customer Center.

Downloading the invoice of an online order ​

  1. Sign in to the Syncplify Customer Center. See Signing in to the Syncplify Customer Center if you have trouble.
  2. Open Orders and select the order you need the invoice for. Invoices are available for orders that are completed and paid.
  3. Open the order's Invoice and choose Download PDF. You can also print it from the browser.

Getting the details right ​

The invoice carries the name, addresses and VAT code from your customer profile. Check them before you download the invoice, and keep them current in the Account page of the Customer Center.
